Digitizing the Classic Game of Bridge

Client: Swan Games |   2021   |   UX, UI

We were a team of 2 designers and a PM, my role included primary and secondary research, initial concepts, wireframing, setting up visual language and UI.

Context

The project was done in 2019 while I was working with f1studioz, Bangalore. The project focused on a card game called Bridge.

Bridge is a popular card game that is played with a standard deck of 52 cards by four players divided into two teams. The objective of the game is to score points by winning tricks and fulfilling certain bidding contracts.

The project focused on building an online platform for gaming, the brand website and a learning module. This module was designed to provide Bridge players with educational resources to enhance their skills through access to industry experts. Learning materials, including articles, videos, and interactive live sessions, all aimed at helping them improve their understanding and proficiency in the game of Bridge.

Created low-fidelity wireframes to define user flows for gameplay and learning modules, followed by interactive prototypes to test and iterate the user experience.

Exploring Visual Language

We presented clients with multiple visual directions along with themes so a user can have some sort of personalisation options available during gameplay.
